Something personal. Every day (if it is possible for the internet) I read all posts and... I want to thank everyone who sends me messages over and over again. Great!
Also, I am very grateful for the help of Han and his wife who recently get some support from my brother Albert with some translation work. It is really more work than I thought and they try their best.
And today I am 48 yers old and I am really proud of it. I dare now to be honest and say that there have been moments over the last couple of years that I almost was convinced not to reach the age of 50. That is different now. Therefore I celebrate my birthday (see the photo as proof)!
The interview with CTV News and the attention of several local radio stations in Sudbury were nice birthday presents.
Finally, I would like to thank my wife and sons for their support. They are part of a journey that they did not choose. That remains a difficult thing for them (including other family members) to see me doing this for over 3 months, in the knowledge that it is pretty exciting.
I'll celebrate the 12th of May!
Greetings, Michael

Hi Michael;
I hope you are well and the journey to Thunder Bay hasn't been too difficult. Our weather is all over the place. Be safe and consider taking the bus from Thunder Bay to Winnipeg. No grand baby yet. We are waiting excitedly. Love you, Ann
